This is a full Sailor Chibiusa costume based on NoFlutter artwork. This costume is sized for Women's 8 (Med) which is 35bust, 26.5 waist, 88 hips. Somewhat adjustable because of the laced corset and stretch leggings. It includes:

- Zip up dress with skirt/apron/top combo
- Large overskirt with bustle

- Satin Gloves

- Wig (accessories will need remade as it was disassembled over time)
